Yes. We have workers compensation insurance. We can also provide general liability insurance.

While we are sometimes able to staff events on short notice, we encourage you to order staff at least two weeks in advance to ensure the availability of our staff members.

The demand for event staff is very high during specific times of year so we always encourage our customers to order staff as soon possible.

Please refer to our bar supplies & tips page. Our bar supplies & tips page will provide you with plenty of information to give you a good idea of how much alcohol to purchase for your next event.

Large Events:
Please allow at least an hour and a half before your event starts to set up a cocktail reception.

Please allow at least 2 hours before your event starts to stock a buffet station or set tables for plated meals.

Please allow at least 1 hour following the event for breakdown.

Small Events:
Please allow at least 45 minutes before your event starts to set up a cocktail reception.

Please allow at least 1 hour before your event starts to stock a buffet station or set tables for plated meals.

Please allow at least 30 minutes following the event for breakdown.

Our staff members are highly trained, certified, and experienced. They can service your event from start to finish with ease.

If you’re planning a large or major event that will require you to hire 5 or more staff members, we recommend hiring a banquet captain that will guide our staff team through more complex events.

Our staff members have a minimum of one year training and experience in the hospitality industry.

We hire professional individuals with strong referrals, qualifications and recommendations.

While tipping isn’t necessary or required, it is always appreciated.

If you are thoroughly satisfied with the service that our staff members have provided, please feel feel to tip them at the conclusion of your event.

If your event runs longer than the amount of hours you reserved, you may hold our staff members for a maximum of 1 additional hour.

Please note that standard rates apply.
